- Customer, User, You, or Yours refers to the person or persons who submit orders with the Company and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Messaging System is the software that ensures uninterrupted communication between the Customer and the Writer or a Support Team Agent.
- Order refers to the actual request for a Product submitted to the Company by the Customer. It includes specific requirements and sources to be used in writing.
- Order Status shows the progress of the Order towards completion.
- Product is the result of the Order, an original piece of content, written and delivered to the Customer as a digital document.
- Product Revision is a request submitted by the Customer for editing the final version of the Product, based on the initial Order requirements.
- Quality Assurance Department is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality of Products and Services.
- Support Team refers to the Company’s unit responsible for coordinating and assisting the Order process.
- Verification Process includes actions required from the Customer and Support to confirm billing identity and prevent fraud.
- Writer is a freelancer employed by the Company to provide research and writing services to the Customer.
- Personal Balance refers to the Customer’s account with the Company that stores credits for future purchases.
Order Placement and Registration
- Orders are placed by completing the Order form provided on the website. No Product is provided by other means.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete details in the Order form.
- During registration, Customers provide their name, email, country, and phone number. It is their responsibility to update these details if they change.
- Each Customer must have only one account. Multiple accounts will be merged, and duplicate accounts will be deactivated.
Order Payment and Discounts
- The Company begins processing Orders only after payment has been made and authorized.
- Prices are determined based on the scope of work and are paid in advance.
- Payments can be made via credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer, or credits from the Customer’s personal balance.
- Discounts and bonuses may be offered at the Company’s discretion. Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
How we Process Your Order
- Order Validation: The Company reserves the right to verify Order details after payment to ensure they match the specified requirements.
- Changes to Orders: The Customer or Support may modify Order details only if the Writer has not started working. Additional charges may apply for expanded requirements.
- Communication: Customers should communicate with Writers via the Messaging System or Support Team.
- Progress Tracking: Customers can track Orders in their personal accounts or by contacting Support.
Order Delivery
- The Company ensures timely delivery of Products based on the agreed-upon deadline.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring access to the provided delivery channels (e.g., correct email address, spam filters, internet access).
- The Customer must download the Product promptly upon delivery.
Order Revision
- Free revisions are provided to ensure Customer satisfaction if they are requested within 14 calendar days of Order delivery (or 30 days for large projects like theses and dissertations).
- Revision requests must not contradict the initial Order instructions. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
- The Quality Assurance Department may limit excessive revision requests that indicate unreasonable exploitation of the Writer.
Refund Policy
Customers may be eligible for full or partial refunds based on our Money-Back Guarantee Policy if the Company fails to meet its obligations.
Use of Products
- Orders are for personal, non-commercial use only. Payments reflect the research, writing, and administrative efforts required.
- Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Product beyond reasonable personal use.
- The Company retains full copyright of all delivered Products.
Company’s Responsibility
- The Company has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, academic dishonesty, and fraud.
- The Company complies with all applicable copyright laws. Customers assume full responsibility for any misuse of our Products.
Verification Process
- Customers must verify their billing information as part of fraud prevention policies.
- Orders that fail verification may be rejected.
- Fraudulent activities (e.g., stolen credit card use) will be reported to law enforcement.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- This Agreement contains the full terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Company and the Customer.
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with local laws, the remaining sections will still apply.
- The Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company operates.
Privacy and Security
- The Company does not disclose Customer data to third parties.
- Payments are processed through secure systems. However, the Company is not liable for unauthorized disclosures beyond its control.
Warranty Disclaimer
- The Company does not guarantee that the website or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The Customer is responsible for evaluating the accuracy and usefulness of any information provided.
Limitation of Liability
By using our services, the Customer agrees that Best Writing Bay shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Services.
By placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
